Hin Ming Frankie Chik (Introduction) is currently Visiting Lecturer of Premodern Chinese Literature at the University of Pittsburgh. He is now working on his monograph, in which he examines an understudied dictionarylike collection, Erya, and the idea of Confucian cultural assimilation.
