We are looking for a new team member in the position of Sales and Customer Support Specialist

Required qualifications

  • University or college degree
  • Work experience in Customer care and sales support activities minimum 2 years
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Fluent in English language
  • MS-Office knowledge
  • Experience in working with digital customer service tools is a plus
  • Ready to work in a dynamic environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Client support - collecting and solving everyday client needs on product, feed and price level
  • Continuous correspondence with clients and setting up client presentation content and
  • Support in client onboarding
  • Serving client and internal advertising ads in GAM, preparing reports for clients after campaigns
  • Searching for new client’s pipeline and setting up client list
  • Onboarding SMB clients
  • Salesforce logging of all client activities
  • Developing sales content and refreshing sales support materials
  • Creating sales and product content on site
  • Helping with SEO content and offsite backlinking
  • KPIs - number of solved issues, number of clients, number of posts, content engagement, content creation, number of client onboarding, time of onboarding...
  • Regular weekly, monthly reporting
