Nature3D PPACF is a premium engineering composite, combining a highperformance polyphthalamide resin with carbon fibre reinforcement. Unlike standard filaments, PPACF provides exceptional dimensional stability, minimal moisture absorption, and outstanding creep resistance. Manufactured exclusively from 100% virgin pellets, this material is designed for missioncritical applications in aerospace, automotive, and industrial robotics. It thrives in highstress, hightemperature environments, offering the structural rigidity and chemical resistance required for functional enduse parts. Note: This material is abrasive. A hardened steel nozzle is mandatory. Technical Specifications: Printing Temperature: 280320C (optimised for layer adhesion) Print Bed Temperature: 90110C Tensile Strength: 140MPa Flexural Modulus: 7000MPa Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT): 190C Drying Requirement: Extremely important. Dry at 100120C for at least 8 hours before printing.
